Hi,
I live at Tapiola and I want to do some work in my balcony.
Basically, at the moment my balcony has a fence between my balcony and the building back yard.
I want to create a small door in my balcony fence so that I can go to the backyard through it.
Hope I managed to make myself understood.
Does your company make that kind of work, and if it does, could you send me a price estimate and time to get it ready?
I live in a kerrostalo and I already got permission from the building manager for having that door. Then now I want to contact a company for making it.
In case your company can make an offer for the work, see the pictures attached for details. First 2 pictures are from my balcony (from inside), 3rd picture from outside my balcony.
Pictures 4 and 5 are from the building next door (4: door closed. 5: door opened). They already built the small door. I want something identical.
As you can see from the pictures, the door itself is built from the same fence, so that it has it keeps the same look than all the balconies in the building.
Let me know if your company can make that kind of work and how much would it cost. Btw, I only want a door, I dont have permission from the building manager to build stairs (there is about 50cm between my balcony floor to the backyard floor, but I am not allowed to build permanent stairs there).
