Moi,
The protective paint on the exterior of the house's foundation needs repairing. Due to the moist, there are also moss growing on the cement. Gravel and stone work is also needed to correct the slop of the pathway to keep the rainwater away from the concrete base. The total length of the wall is about 9m.
